1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using pudding you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

• Registration requires a valid invite code. Friend (gift) invites create an application that staff must approve before the account is activated. Staff invites may create an account immediately.
• You are responsible for your credentials and everything done under your account.
• One account per person. Sharing or reselling accounts is not allowed.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software for as long as your access is active. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell it.

4. Use at your own risk

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for how you use it, including any consequences on third-party services, and we are not liable for bans, losses, or damages arising from its use.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or at our discretion. No refunds are owed on termination unless required by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
